TOMATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups Tomato juice
1 tsp Ginger paste
1/2 cup Skimmed milk
1 tsp Corn flour
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp Roasted cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp Powdered mint leaves

METHOD:
  1. Combine all ingredients (except milk) in a deep skillet and boil on medium heat for 3-4 mins.
  2. Add milk and stir well.Simmer on low heat for about 2-3 mins.
  3. Ready to be served.
