KANDA-TOMATO KASHMIRI TYPE-2


INGREDIENTS:
1no. Medium size tomato
1no. Small onion
2nos. Green chillies
OR
2tsp Chilli powder
4tsp Peanut powder
Corriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
1/2tsp Sugar(optional)

PREPARATION:


  1. Chop tomatoes and onion finely.

  2. Add finely chopped chillies or chilli powder.

  3. Add peanut powder,sugar salt and mix them all.

  4. Garnish with corriander leaves.

  5. Chill and serve.

**VARIATION:


ADD 2tsp OF FRESH SHREDDED COCONUT.
